Mark Holtzman is the owner/operator of West Coast Aerial Photography.
A Southern California native with more than 25 years experience as a photographer and licensed pilot, Mark is instrument-rated to fly his own turbo-charged Cessna 206. Accepting diverse assignments that range from very high to very low altitudes, West Coast Aerial Photography specializes in recreational facilities, commercial sites, and residential and industrial properties. Mark's aerial photographs are exceptional for use in cases that require visual evaluation such as damage assessment appraisals, construction progress reports, property boundary records, and clarification of zoning issues. His photographic images provide strong impact as illustrations for corporate trade show exhibits, business web pages, brochures, posters, and custom promotional items such as company photo mugs, mousepads, business cards, postcards, and gift calendars. With flight operations that originate at Van Nuys Airport and encompass the entire West Coast region, Mark frequently shoots unique aerial perspectives of golf courses, country clubs, marinas, yacht clubs, hotels, malls, vacation homes, estates, ranches, and undeveloped land. His portfolio includes photographs of some of the most popular California attractions such as the Hollywood sign, the Queen Mary, Hearst Castle, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, the Rose Bowl, Universal Studios, Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset Strip, Mulholland Drive, Griffith Park Observatory, San Diego Zoo, UCLA, The Getty Museum, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu, The Hotel Del Coronado, SeaWorld, Beverly Hills, as well as noted buildings, freeway systems and the California Aqueduct.
